Ostarine (MK-2866) is the mildest and most studied SARM, often recommended as a first SARM for beginners. It selectively targets muscle and bone receptors, preserving muscle mass during caloric deficits and promoting lean muscle growth. Often used for body recomposition and injury recovery.
