SLU-PP-332 (5 mg Vial) dosage and protocol
SLU-PP-332 is a synthetic agonist of estrogen-related receptors (ERRα, ERRβ, ERRγ), nuclear receptors that regulate mitochondrial biogenesis and oxidative metabolism. Originally developed at Saint Louis University, research suggests it mimics the effects of endurance exercise at the cellular level — increasing mitochondrial density, fat oxidation, and aerobic capacity without exercise.

How it works
SLU-PP-332 is a pan-ERR agonist that activates estrogen-related receptors α, β, and γ. These nuclear receptors regulate PGC-1α and AMPK signaling, promoting mitochondrial biogenesis, fatty acid oxidation, and oxidative phosphorylation — pathways activated by aerobic exercise. Studies in animal models show improved running endurance, reduced fat mass, and enhanced aerobic capacity.
Reconstitution steps
- Draw 3.0mL bacteriostatic water with a sterile syringe
- Inject slowly down the vial wall; avoid foaming
- Gently swirl/roll until dissolved (do not shake)
- Label concentration (~1.67mg/mL) and date; refrigerate at 2–8°C
Storage
Lyophilized: store at −20°C. After reconstitution, refrigerate at 2–8°C and use within 4 weeks.
Important notes
- Research use only — very early stage compound; limited human data
- Begin with conservative 0.5mg dose to assess individual response
- Monitor for any unexpected metabolic or cardiovascular changes
- Do not combine with other ERR-modulating compounds without research guidance
- Emerging compound — proceed with caution and thorough research
