GLP-1 Dose Converter: Semaglutide & Tirzepatide mg to Units
Convert semaglutide and tirzepatide doses between mg and U-100 syringe units, count the doses left in an Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro or Zepbound pen and its discard date, plus missed-dose label rules and titration.

Counting clicks
There is no labeled clicks-to-mg chart. Counting clicks for a custom dose is off-label; the dose counter (or the pen's fixed dose) is the only labeled way to dose.
- Ozempic pens: "Do not set the dose by counting the number of clicks you hear." The IFU adds that only the dose counter and dose pointer show how many mg you select, and that the selector clicks differently when turned forward or backward.
- Mounjaro and Zepbound KwikPen: "Do not count clicks as you select the dose." Each KwikPen holds 4 fixed doses. The 2 clicks in the priming step are part of priming, not a dose.
- Single-dose pens (Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound): There is no dial. Each pen injects its whole fixed dose at once, so there is nothing to select.
