Privacy Policy

Last updated 2026-10-11

This policy explains what information Crestigen collects when you use crestigen.com or the Crestigen apps for iPhone and Android, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Crestigen does not sell personal information and does not show ads.

Information you give us

  • Account details: when you sign in we receive your email address. If you sign in with Google we also receive the name and profile picture on your Google account.
  • What you save: cycles, tracker entries and schedules, bloodwork results, profile settings and any lab reports or files you upload. Uploaded files are kept in private storage that only your account can read.
  • Questions to the AI tools: what you type into the AI Advisor, bloodwork analysis and similar tools, along with any files you attach, is sent to our AI provider to produce the answer. Vial label photos used by the tracker are sent for reading and are not stored.
  • Newsletter: if you subscribe, we keep your email address and where you signed up.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage statistics: we use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to count page views and measure page speed. These do not use cookies or build a profile of you. If Google Analytics is turned on for the website, it uses cookies to measure visits.
  • Abuse prevention: your IP address is used to limit how many requests, sign-ups and AI questions can be made in an hour. It is not used for anything else.
  • Outbound links: when you follow a link to a vendor or shop, we record which product and vendor were clicked, but not who clicked.
  • On your device: some preferences, such as your unit settings, are saved in your browser or the app so they are there next time.

How we use information

  • To run your account and show you what you have saved.
  • To answer your questions in the AI tools.
  • To send the newsletter you asked for.
  • To keep the service working, fix problems and prevent abuse.

Who we share it with

  • Supabase stores accounts, saved data and uploaded files.
  • Vercel hosts the website and its servers and provides the usage statistics above.
  • Anthropic processes text and files you send to the AI tools, under terms that do not allow it to train its models on that data.
  • Google handles Google sign-in, and Google Analytics if it is turned on.
  • We may disclose information if the law requires it. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Health information

  • Bloodwork results and protocol details you save are sensitive. They are only used to provide the features you use, are never used for advertising, and are only shared with the providers listed above. Crestigen is an educational reference, not a healthcare provider, and nothing in it is medical advice.

Keeping and deleting your data

  • We keep your account data until you delete it. You can delete your account at any time from Profile or Settings, on the website or in the apps. This permanently removes your account, everything you saved and your uploaded files.
  • To leave the newsletter, or to ask for a copy or deletion of any other information, email corrections@crestigen.com.

Children

  • Crestigen is for adults. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes and contact

  • If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes we will also tell signed-in users.
