Adamax dosage and protocol

Adamax is a peptide blend that combines several growth factor peptides studied for tissue repair and recovery applications.

  • Vial size: 10 mg
  • Reconstitution: 3 mL bacteriostatic water
  • Concentration: 3.33 mg/mL
  • Administration: subcutaneous

Research areas

  • Tissue Repair
  • Recovery
  • Growth Factors

Quick start

  • Reconstitute: Add 3.0 mL bacteriostatic water to the 10 mg vial → 3.33 mg/mL
  • Typical dose: 300–1,000 mcg once daily (SC), titrated over 8 weeks
  • Easy measuring: At 3.33 mg/mL, 1 unit = 0.01 mL ≈ 33 mcg; 300 mcg ≈ 9 units, 1,000 mcg = 30 units on a U-100 syringe
  • Storage: Keep frozen before mixing; refrigerate after reconstitution and use within 30 days

Dosing protocol

Weeks 1–2300 mcgOnce daily (SC)0.09 mL (9 units)
Weeks 3–4500 mcgOnce daily (SC)0.15 mL (15 units)
Weeks 5–6750 mcgOnce daily (SC)0.23 mL (23 units)
Weeks 7–81000 mcgOnce daily (SC)0.30 mL (30 units)

How it works

Adamax is a research-market peptide product with very little published scientific characterization. The record describes it as a blend of growth-factor-related peptides studied for tissue repair and recovery; in the wider research-chemical market the same name is also used for a modified Semax analog (an ACTH(4-10)-derived heptapeptide carrying an adamantane group) promoted for cognitive effects. Because composition can differ between suppliers, the identity of the material should be confirmed before any research use. If the product is a growth-factor-type blend, the proposed mechanism would involve signaling pathways common to repair peptides: stimulation of fibroblast and endothelial cell activity, angiogenesis, collagen deposition and modulation of local inflammation. If it is a Semax-derived analog, the expected targets would instead be melanocortin-related pathways and upregulation of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), which Semax itself has shown in rodent studies. There are no peer-reviewed animal or human studies specifically on the product sold as Adamax. Any expected effects are extrapolated from related peptides, so claims about recovery or cognition should be treated as unverified, and safety, pharmacokinetics and optimal dosing are unknown.

Reconstitution steps

  • Draw 3.0 mL bacteriostatic water with a sterile syringe
  • Inject slowly down the vial wall to avoid foaming
  • Gently swirl or roll the vial until powder fully dissolves (do not shake)
  • Label with reconstitution date and refrigerate at 2–8°C, protected from light

Storage

Store frozen before reconstitution. Refrigerate after. Use within 30 days.
