BPC-157 + TB-500 Blend dosage and protocol
The 'Wolverine Stack' - a powerful combination for injury recovery and tissue repair. BPC-157 and TB-500 work synergistically to promote faster healing, reduce inflammation, and support tissue regeneration.
- Vial size: 10 mg
- Reconstitution: 3 mL bacteriostatic water
- Concentration: 3.33 mg/mL
- Administration: subcutaneous
Research areas
- Injury Recovery
- Tissue Repair
- Anti-Inflammation
- Joint Health
- Tendon Repair
Quick start
- Reconstitute: Add 3.0 mL bacteriostatic water to the 10 mg vial → 3.33 mg/mL total peptide
- Typical dose: 600–800 mcg total once daily (SC), split evenly between BPC-157 and TB-500
- Easy measuring: At 3.33 mg/mL, 1 unit = 0.01 mL ≈ 33 mcg total; 600 mcg = 18 units, 800 mcg = 24 units on a U-100 syringe
- Storage: Unmixed vial at room temperature or refrigerated; mixed solution at 2–8°C for up to 28 days
Dosing protocol
| Phase | Dose | Frequency | Volume |
|---|---|---|---|
| Weeks 1–2 (Initial) | 600 mcg total (300 mcg BPC + 300 mcg TB-500) | Once daily | 0.18 mL |
| Weeks 3–4 (Loading) | 800 mcg total (400 mcg BPC + 400 mcg TB-500) | Once daily | 0.24 mL |
| Weeks 5–8 (Maintenance) | 600 mcg total (300 mcg BPC + 300 mcg TB-500) | Once daily | 0.18 mL |
How it works
This blend combines two repair-focused peptides with complementary mechanisms. BPC-157 is a 15-amino-acid peptide derived from a gastric protein; in animal studies it promotes angiogenesis through VEGF receptor 2 signaling, enhances fibroblast migration via the FAK-paxillin pathway, increases growth hormone receptor expression in tendon cells and modulates nitric oxide pathways. TB-500 is a synthetic peptide based on the active region of thymosin beta-4, a naturally occurring protein that binds G-actin and regulates actin polymerization, a process central to cell migration. Together, the rationale is that BPC-157 supports local blood vessel growth and tissue protection while TB-500 supports cell migration, new vessel formation and reduced inflammation over a wider area. Thymosin beta-4 has shown wound-healing, cardiac-repair and anti-fibrotic effects in animal models, and BPC-157 has accelerated tendon, ligament, muscle and gut healing in rodents. The evidence for each component is mostly preclinical, and there are no published studies of the combined blend itself. Synergy is a theoretical expectation rather than a demonstrated outcome. Neither peptide is an approved drug, both are prohibited in competitive sport, and their pro-angiogenic actions raise a theoretical concern in people with existing cancers.
Reconstitution steps
- Draw 3.0 mL bacteriostatic water with a sterile syringe
- Inject slowly down the vial wall; avoid foaming or vigorous shaking
- Gently swirl/roll until fully dissolved (do not shake)
- Label with date and refrigerate at 2–8°C, protected from light
Storage
Store unmixed vial at room temperature or refrigerated. After reconstitution, store in refrigerator at 2-8°C for up to 28 days.
Important notes
- This blend provides equal amounts of both peptides (5mg BPC-157 + 5mg TB-500)
- Inject subcutaneously in area near injury site or abdomen
- Can be used for 6-8 weeks total
- For research purposes only - not for human consumption
- Consult healthcare provider before use
