GLOW Blend (GHK-Cu + TB-500 + BPC-157) dosage and protocol

Premium triple-peptide blend for comprehensive regeneration. Combines GHK-Cu for collagen and skin health, TB-500 for systemic repair, and BPC-157 for targeted healing.

  • Vial size: 70 mg
  • Reconstitution: 3 mL bacteriostatic water
  • Concentration: ~23.3 mg/mL
  • Administration: subcutaneous

Research areas

  • Skin Regeneration
  • Anti-Aging
  • Wound Healing
  • Collagen Production
  • Tissue Repair

Quick start

  • Reconstitute: Add 3 mL bacteriostatic water to the 70 mg vial → about 23.3 mg/mL
  • Typical dose: 2.33 mg total blend once daily subcutaneously for 4 weeks
  • Easy measuring: At 23.3 mg/mL, 1 unit = 0.01 mL ≈ 0.233 mg on a U-100 syringe, so 2.33 mg = 10 units
  • Storage: Refrigerate unmixed; after reconstitution keep at 2-8°C and use within 30 days

How it works

The GLOW blend combines three research peptides in one vial: GHK-Cu, TB-500 and BPC-157. GHK-Cu is a copper-binding tripeptide that stimulates collagen, elastin and glycosaminoglycan production by fibroblasts and supports copper-dependent enzymes involved in matrix cross-linking. TB-500 is a synthetic fragment of thymosin beta-4, a protein that binds actin and supports cell migration, new blood vessel formation and reduced inflammation in injured tissue. BPC-157 is a 15-amino-acid fragment derived from a gastric protein that has promoted angiogenesis, growth factor signaling and tendon, ligament and gut healing in rodent studies. The rationale for the blend is that these mechanisms are complementary: matrix building (GHK-Cu), cell migration and vessel growth (TB-500), and local repair signaling (BPC-157). That logic is theoretical. Each component has been studied separately, mainly in cell culture and animal models, plus small topical skin studies for GHK-Cu. No controlled studies have tested this combination, and human data for injected BPC-157 and TB-500 are very limited. The record does not specify how the 70 mg is split among the three peptides, which matters when comparing doses with single-peptide protocols.

Reconstitution steps

  • Draw 3.0 mL bacteriostatic water with a sterile syringe
  • Inject slowly down the vial wall to minimize foaming
  • Gently swirl or roll the vial until fully dissolved (do not shake)
  • Label with reconstitution date and refrigerate at 2–8°C, protected from light
  • Use within 4 weeks for optimal potency

Storage

Store unmixed vial in refrigerator. After reconstitution, keep refrigerated at 2-8°C for up to 30 days.

Important notes

  • Contains 3 active peptides for synergistic effects
  • GHK-Cu may cause temporary copper taste
  • Inject subcutaneously in abdomen or thigh
  • Popular for aesthetic and regenerative research
  • For research purposes only

Supplies

  • 70mg GLOW blend vial
