Testagen is a tetrapeptide (Lys-Asp-Glu-Gln) bioregulator derived from testicular tissue, part of the Khavinson peptide family. How it works
Testagen interacts with chromatin in testicular Leydig cells, activating gene expression pathways involved in steroidogenesis and testosterone biosynthesis. As a Khavinson bioregulator, it works through epigenetic mechanisms to restore or maintain normal cellular function in gonadal tissue, particularly beneficial when testicular function is suppressed.
Reconstitution steps
- Draw 3.0mL bacteriostatic water with a sterile syringe
- Inject slowly down the vial wall; avoid foaming
- Gently swirl/roll until dissolved (do not shake)
- Label concentration (~6.67mg/mL) and date; refrigerate at 2–8°C
Storage
Lyophilized: store at −20°C. After reconstitution, refrigerate at 2–8°C and use within 4 weeks.
