Tri-Heal (TB-500 + BPC-157 + KPV) dosage and protocol

Tri-Heal is a comprehensive healing blend combining TB-500 (25mg), BPC-157 (10mg), and KPV (10mg). This triple combination is studied for synergistic tissue repair, anti-inflammatory, and wound healing effects.

  • Vial size: 45 mg
  • Reconstitution: 3 mL bacteriostatic water
  • Concentration: 15 mg/mL
  • Administration: subcutaneous

Research areas

  • Tissue Repair
  • Wound Healing
  • Anti-Inflammatory
  • Recovery

Quick start

  • Reconstitute: Add 3.0 mL bacteriostatic water to the 45 mg vial for 15 mg/mL total peptide
  • Typical dose: 500-2000 mcg of total blend once daily, increased every two weeks
  • Easy measuring: At 15 mg/mL, 1 unit (0.01 mL) on a U-100 syringe is 150 mcg; 500 mcg is about 3.3 units and 2000 mcg is about 13.3 units
  • Storage: Frozen before reconstitution; refrigerate after and use within 30 days

How it works

Tri-Heal is a blend of three research peptides in a 25:10:10 mg ratio. TB-500 is based on thymosin beta-4, which binds G-actin and promotes cell migration, angiogenesis and reduced inflammation. BPC-157 is a 15-amino-acid peptide derived from a gastric protein; in rodent studies it promoted tendon, ligament, muscle and gut healing, with proposed mechanisms involving VEGF receptor signalling, nitric oxide pathways and growth factor expression. KPV is the C-terminal tripeptide (Lys-Pro-Val) of alpha-MSH and has anti-inflammatory effects, including reduced NF-κB activation, shown in cell models and rodent colitis models. The rationale for combining them is that each acts on a different part of repair: cell migration and vessel growth, growth factor signalling, and inflammation control. This is a theoretical synergy only. Evidence for each component comes mainly from animal and cell studies. Human data are very limited for BPC-157 and KPV, and injectable TB-500 has not been tested in published human trials. No studies have evaluated this specific combination, so its effects and safety as a blend are unknown.

Reconstitution steps

  • Draw 3.0 mL bacteriostatic water with a sterile syringe
  • Inject slowly down the vial wall; avoid foaming or direct stream onto the powder
  • Gently swirl or roll until fully dissolved (do not shake)
  • Label with date and concentration (15 mg/mL); refrigerate at 2–8°C, protected from light

Storage

Store frozen before reconstitution. Refrigerate after. Use within 30 days.

Important notes

  • Research purposes only.
  • Combines three healing mechanisms.
  • Subcutaneous injection near injury site commonly studied.
